Vicky Pattison’s fitness journey has been anything but ordinary. She started out in the public eye as part of a reality TV show, but over the years, she turned her focus toward health and wellness. Like many people, she went through ups and downs when it came to body image and self-confidence. At one point, she pushed herself into extreme diets, trying to shrink down to what she thought others expected of her. Eventually, she realized that kind of thinking wasn’t helping. She started shifting her mindset, focusing on how she felt rather than just how she looked.

This change didn’t happen overnight. Vicky opened up about how damaging the pressure to always look perfect was on her mental health. There were times she would compare herself to other women online and feel like she was falling short. But once she stopped obsessing over being a certain size and started caring more about how strong and healthy she felt, everything began to change. Her new fitness goals weren’t about chasing unrealistic expectations. Instead, she focused on balance—eating well, moving regularly, and allowing herself to enjoy life without guilt.

Vicky has been very open about the importance of mental health in her wellness routine. For her, working out isn’t just about looking good. It’s about feeling better emotionally and mentally. She says that going to the gym helps her feel less anxious, and it clears her mind when things feel overwhelming. It’s her way of taking care of herself, both inside and out. Even on tough days, she says just moving her body, even for a short walk, helps her feel more like herself again.
